2008 Middle School Track
We had a very successful 2008 Track season!
We set several new individual school records:
Boys: Aaron Marchand - 75 meter hurdles - 10.86 seconds Nigel Stephenson - 800 meter run - 2:15.1 Riley Hoy - High Jump - 5'4"
Zach Koza, Taylor Neth, Cole Weichel and Dexter Lambie - 800 meter relay - 1:47.45
At the Norris Invite, our boys team placed FIRST out of eight teams. Team Championship! The girls team placed fifth.
At the Beatrice Invite, our seventh grade boys placed second, and our eighth grade boys placed FIRST out of ten teams. Another Team Championship!
Both girls teams finished fifth for the invite.
At the Ashland Invite, our boys team finished the season strong by winning the boys team trophy! The girls team finished the meet in fourth place.
Our boys team was undefeated for the season! Way to go!
Both the boys and girls teams worked very hard and we had a lot
of PR's this season. They should be very proud of their
accomplishments!

to everyone who went out for track! Everyone working together
helped make this season very successful. Good luck to the 8th graders in high school track. Hopefully, you will consider track as your spring sport, the rewards are wonderful. Seventh graders, we hope to see you out for track again next year! Thanks again to everyone!
