Eagle Reading Contest

Eagle students are involved in a reading contest for the next four weeks. The goal for students is to read at home and count their minutes. Each students parents or guardians then sign a form to say they witnessed the reading and return the form to their teachers. The goal is to read 100 minutes at home a week for grades 1 - 5 and 60 minutes for kindergarten students. Prizes from local merchants are given out each week to all of those students who participate. Corner Cafe, Subway, Casey's General Store, and Kabredlos all provided prizes. Eagle students are pictured standing by the altimeter, which measures the minutes read by the whole student body.
