Hamlow Outdoor Garden
On Wednesday, Oct. 5, Mr. Justin Evertson gave each second grade classroom a tour of the Hamlow outdoor garden to culminate their habitat unit. Mr. Evertson designed the garden and landscape around Hamlow Elementary several years ago. He pointed out to the children various insects and evidence of animals as well as plant and trees around the building. He showed how the animals get food and water and the plants thrive in the beautiful habitat area surrounding Hamlow.
