Consortium Districts and Contacts

ESU 6 acts as the Title III grant manager for several schools served by ESUs 4, 5, and 6. This consortium will provide resources, training, and networking opportunities within the limitations set forth in the Title III law and based on the specific needs of consortium districts.

Network Meetings

The ELL Network is intended for all schools served by ESU 6, including Title III consortium districts regularly served by other ESUs and schools operating their own Title III grants. It is a forum for anyone who serves ELL students to discuss pertinent issues and share resources. Please register for ELL Network meeting by contacting Tammy Williams (twilliam@esu6.org).

Shared Documents

These are documents that schools have offered to other consortium schools as examples. If you have documents that you are willing to share with the greater consortium, please email them to Jen Madison.
  • STARS NRT PLAN Template, contributed by Seward Public Schools, 5.15.07
This is Seward's accommodations form that Connie Biaggio mentioned at our ELL Network on May 5, 2007. This form is completed on each SPED, ELL and 504 student district wide. These are then turned into Connie's office and distributed to classroom teachers, building counselors etc. It also allows the district to formulate lists to more easily report accommodation Note that this form applies to Terra Nova assessments as well.

  • ELL Confidential Information Form, contributed by Fairbury Public Schools 2.5.07
Jeremy Christiansen shared this form that Fairbury uses to share strengths and needs of students with their teachers.
