About
My name is Jodi Jones and I am
currently in my 6th year of teaching Kindergarten at Eagle. I
graduated from
the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. I did my student
teaching in an all day, every day Kindergarten and knew immediately
that I wanted to teach Kindergarten. I enjoy being their
"first" teacher and then sending them off to watch them grow as
they move through the grades. I am currently working on my
Masters degree. I will graduate from Peru State College in May
with a degree in curriculum and instruction and instructional
technology.
In my spare time I enjoy being outside and spending time
with my
family. My wonderful husband Dan and I have two beautiful
daughters,
Chloe and Carly,and an energetic dog, Mickey. Chloe is 7 years
old and is in 2nd grade this year. Carly turned 1 in April and is at the age where she is "into everything!"
