Art Policies and Guidelines

Expectations...

  • When the tardy bell rings, students are to be in the classroom getting their projects ready.
  • If you are going to be late to class, get a pass from your teacher or administrator.
  • During class students are expected to be attentive and polite to the teacher and the other students.
  • Gum will be initially be allowed in class. This privilege will be quickly removed if any one student cannot handle the responsibility.
  • Student's my use the restroom pass. Do not expect to use the restroom whenever  you want. Ask premission, one student at a time.
A tardy is not being in the classroom when the tardy bell rings. After a first GRACE tardy, you will loose on point for each additional tardy off your 9 week grade. All 1st period tardies will be sent to the office, no exceptions. If a teacher keeps you late after class, you must have a pass from that teacher to be excused.

Treat each member of your class with the same amount of RESPECT that you expect to be treated. Constructively criticize others work, knowing full well that they are trying to do their best.

Do what is asked of you, WHEN it is asked of you.
Do what is asked of you to the best of your ABILITY.
Do the best you call ALL the time.
