Greetings from the instrumental music department!
My name is Kathy Dalby. I am Waverly High School's instrumental music teacher.
The instrumental music classes that I instruct are the Waverly Varsity
Marching, Concert, and Pep Bands. I also conduct the 9th grade
concert band, 6th grade band and 5th grade band. This is my 28th
year of teaching and I have taught instrumental music at Waverly for
the past 16
years. I received my Bachelor of Music Education degree from
the University of Nebraska. I am a
current member of the Nebraska State Bandmasters Association, Nebraska
Music Educators Association, Phi Beta Mu, Signma Alpha Iota, and the
Waverly Education Association. Honors include the Jack Snider
Young Band Diretors Award and the National Band Association Award of
Excellence and a past N. S. B. A. officer.
