3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Arrive & Rehearse

Load the vans before you eat (Percussion,
Front Line, & Sousa.)
5:30 – 6:00 p.m. BRING YOUR OWN EVENING MEAL –
eat at H.S. 6:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m.
Change into band uniform - BLACK SOCKS & SHOES
6:30 p.m. Depart for Lincoln High School
7:00 p.m. Arrive at LHS – Beechner Field
7:30 p.m. Report to the stadium and watch the band competition
8:15 p.m. Return to Bus & finish dressing and assemble instruments
8:30 p.m. Line up and wait for our guide
8:45 p.m. Warm-up
9:00 p.m. Transition
9:15 p.m. On Deck
9:30 p.m. WAVERLY PERFORMS
10:15 p.m. AWARDS
10:45 p.m. Load the buses and depart for Waverly H.S.
11:15 p.m. Arrive at Waverly High School
The Lincoln High Band Boosters will have a concession stand that will be serving sandwiches, hot dogs, etc.
Video tapes, DVD’s, and photos will be available for purchase at the contest.
REMINDERS:
1. If you are on medication, please notify Ms. Dalby or Mr. Kucera
2. If you are not returning on the bus, you must have a note in writing from your parents and
check out with Ms. Dalby or Mr. Kucera
3. Dress appropirately for weather conditions
4. DO NOT EAT FOOD OR DRINK BEVERAGES WHILE YOU ARE WEARING YOUR BAND UNIFORM!

regardless of class
