Rehearsal
4:30 P.M.    Load the Truck: All percussion, mallets, timpani, equipment Drum Major Podiums, Chimes, and
    sousaphones
5:00 P.M.        Pizza - compliments of the Band Boosters
5:45 P.M.        Change into Band Uniforms
            CHECK LIST
1.    Gloves
2.    Hat & Plume
3.    Instrument
4.    Extra Reeds, Valve Oil, etc.
5.    Black shoes & socks
6.    No earrings
7.    Clarinets no nail polish

6:15 P.M.        Depart for Seacrest Field
6:45 P.M.        Arrive at Seacrest Field
            Assemble instruments
7:15 P.M.        Report to Station 1 – Ready Area Parking Lot
7:30 P.M.        Report to Station 2 – Warm Up – East High School
8:00 P.M.        Report to Station 3 – On Deck – Side Walk
8:15 P.M.        WAVERLY PERFORMS
8:30 P.M.        Photo
8:45 P.M.        Class A awards
9:00 P.M.        Load the buses and depart for Waverly High School
10:00 P.M.        Approximate time – Arrive at Waverly High School

REMINDERS:
•    If you are on medication, please notify Ms. Dalby & Mr. Kucera
•    If you are not returning on the bus, you must have a note in writing from your parents and you must check out with Ms. Dalby/Mr. Kucera before you leave.
•    Dress appropriately for weather conditions
•    DO NOT EAT FOOD OR DRINK BEVERAGES WHILE YOU ARE WEARING YOUR BAND UNIFORM! THANK YOU.
