11:30 A.M. Change into Band Uniforms
Load the vans & buses
12:00 P.M. Depart for Seacrest Field
12:30 P.M. Arrive at Seacrest Field
Assemble

1:00 P.M. Escort will take us to the warm up area
1:15 P.M. Warm Up – Report to the 1st station
2:00 P.M. On Deck for performance
2:15 P.M. ** Waverly Performs**
5:15 P.M. Awards Presentation
5:45 P.M. Depart for Waverly H. S.
6:00 P.M. Arrive in Waverly
REMINDERS
1. If you are on medication, please notify Ms. Dalby or Mr. Kucera
2. If you are not returning on the bus, you must have
a note in writing from your parents, and you must check out with Ms.
Dalby or Mr. Kucera before you leave.
3. Dress appropriately for weather conditions
4. DO NOT EAT FOOD OR DRINK BEVERAGES WHILE YOU ARE WEARING YOUR BAND UNIFORM! THANK YOU.

This year there will be only one awards ceremony at 5:15 p.m.

blankets, etc. to “wrap up” in after their
Performance.
