Norris High School Auditorium FRIDAY, APRIL 20TH, 2007
9:00 Change into Uniforms wearing black socks & shoes.
9:15 Load the buses & van.
The following sections will load their instruments on the van:
Tubas, baritones, bass clarinet, baritone saxophone, and percussion
equipment.
9:30 Depart for Norris High School
10:30 Arrive at Norris H. S.
Upon arrival at Norris H. S., report to our designated
area.
Bring all equipment and instrument to the gym.
10:45 Report to the Warm Up room.
11:00 Warm Up.
11:25 Waverly Varsity Band Performs!
12:00 Put instruments away and change clothes.
12:15 Load the buses
12:20 Varsity Band departs for Runza
1:15 Arrive at Runza
2:00 Depart for Waverly High School
2:15 Arrive at school, unload buses
2:30 Report to 7th period class
Please do the following upon arrival:
1. Unload all equipment, instruments, and uniform off of the buses.
2. Hang up your uniform.
3. Put your instrument and music away.
4. Remain in the band room until the bell for 7th period rings.
Please remember the following:
Instrument & extra reeds, oils, etc.
• Music & Mutes
• Money for your lunch
• Soloists & ensemble members, wear nice clothes for your performance.
• If you are not riding home on the bus, you will need to bring a note and check out
with Mr. Kucera, Ms. Kornfeld, or myself prior to your departure.
