Report 9 thin Report full is a large file which is not easy to email or store and can quickly clog mailboxes.  “Report 9 Thin” contains only the “Report” and “student” page.  The “Report” page is where all data is entered.  During the school year “Report 9 Thin” can be used to record all student scores and demographics and then in the spring when you are ready to begin submitting information to NDE.

Report 9 overview explains changes made to Report 9 to update for the 2008-09 school year.  This document also contains directions to copy the data contained in Report 9 thin to "Report 9 full".

Report 9 instructions explains how to begin placing names and data into Report 9.
