5th Grade Viking Chorus
The 5th Grade Viking Chorus had a busy weekend. We sang for the main branch at Horizon Bank on December 14 in Waverly. That evening we sang in the brisk outdoors in the Haymarket in downtown Lincoln, for a chilly performance followed by hot cocoa and some rides on the horse drawn carriage. Sunday concluded our busy weekend by a special invitation to sing with the Lincoln Civic Choir and the Nebraska Wesleyan University Choir. The choir continues to grow in talent and involvement in the Waverly Community and surrounding areas. Thank you to our Waverly parents for supporting music in our schools and providing transportation for our out of school performances. We could not experience these opportunities without you!
