B.O.S.S.
B.O.S.S. or Building On Student Success is an incentive program used through study skills class. Students earn B.O.S.S. credits based on a percentage of their class points. Credits will be handed out to students weekly to give them an indication of success. Credits can be redeemed during study skills class for privileges in study skills. Credits are like money--if you lose them, they are lost.
Examples of commonly used privileges with 3 B.O.S.S. credits:
computer time, a snack or soda during class, a free journal for absence.
Save your credits and 13 B.O.S.S. credits wil earn:
get out of strategy for a week, activity pass at WHS for certain games.
